Alternatively, to report an issue not covered by an active support contract send an email to the below email address containing the following information:

  • The version of the software you are using
  • A detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
  • The specifications of the operational hardware (e.g. PC / LCD make and model)
  • The specifications of the operational software (e.g. Operating system, anti-virus, SOE etc)
  • SNAP System logs
